Most of Francesca’s oil paintings are figurative and large; she uses bold, confident brush strokes creating powerful images which depict the human condition through the shape, form and movement of the body.

She has developed her own unique style of drawing with pastels. Large and loosely realistic the images flow onto the paper in confident tones of colour, to capture far more than just the physical representation of the subject.
